Luxury Advisor Life is operated by Achieve Total Marketing LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company. This page explains what information we collect on this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site, you give us:
- Your first name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address
- What kind of travel you sell, and roughly what you booked last year
Like most websites, we also collect some information automatically: the type of device and browser you use, the pages you visit, and how you found us. Some of this comes through cookies and the Meta pixel, which helps us understand which of our ads work.
How we use it
- To email you the sample itinerary you asked for
- To call you once about a founding spot
- To send follow-up emails or texts about your inquiry, which you can stop at any time
- To measure our ads and improve this site
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it out. We do not put you on a list for anyone else.
Texts and calls
By submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you at the number you gave us by phone or text about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and text HELP or email us for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to inquiries: website hosting, our customer management system, email and text delivery, and ad platforms that measure our own advertising. They receive only what they need to do that work, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry, run the service, and meet our legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
